My insurance suddenly bumped up 50% and the only reason they could provide was the “computer” added coverages and notices were sent out via pony express and telegraph. I switched to GEICO. Their rates are incredibly better. Take your business away from these crooks at Warren Middleton!! This is a fabricated and fake apology as I said to you when we spoke. Simply saying sorry and being belligerent throughout the conversation is not owning up to your failure and taking accountability. The fact is a wink and a blink later and I had signed up for a superior policy at a much lower cost wherefore jumping though numerous hoops and working within your bureaucratic system is disrespectful of my time which you, in your arrogance believe is not as valuable as yours.
